I'm still playing catch-up on the 31 Days to Reset Your Life Challenge, so here's my post for Day 11. Today's exercise is to eliminate a limiting belief. To accomplish this, challengers were directed to watch a video that utilized the Morty Lefkoe method.
This is something that I've been working on previously. The limiting belief that I have been working most to eliminate is that I'm not good enough.
To be perfectly honest, I didn't enjoy this challenge. Not because it was difficult for me to let go of a limiting belief, but because for me, this wasn't really a necessary exercise. Through other resources, I've addressed my limiting beliefs & the agreements that I was taught as a child that held me back from the life I wanted. While I'm not 100% free of limiting beliefs, I'm very far along in my journey.
